Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten tussen haccpleren.nl (hierna: "wij", "ons" of "haccpleren.nl") en de klant (hierna: "u" of "cursist") met betrekking tot de aankoop van online cursussen via onze website.

Artikel 2 Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod van haccpleren.nl en op elke tot stand gekomen overeenkomst op afstand tussen haccpleren.nl en een consument of zakelijke afnemer.
Artikel 3 Het aanbod
Ons aanbod bestaat uit online cursussen op het gebied van voedselveiligheid en HACCP. Na succesvolle afronding van de eindtoets ontvangt de cursist een digitaal certificaat van deelname.
Een cursus bestaat uit lesteksten, uitlegvideo's, illustraties, een toets per module en een eindtoets. Tijdens de cursus kunt u vragen stellen aan AI-docent Roos en aan een docent per e-mail (zie artikel 7a).
Het certificaat van haccpleren.nl is een bewijs van kennis en deelname. Het is geen officieel erkend overheidsdiploma en het is geen wettelijk vereist document. De cursist is zelf verantwoordelijk voor het nagaan of het certificaat voldoet aan de eisen van zijn of haar werkgever, branche of bevoegd gezag.
Artikel 4 Totstandkoming van de overeenkomst
De overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat u de betaling heeft voltooid en een bevestiging per e-mail heeft ontvangen. U krijgt direct na betaling toegang tot de cursusomgeving.
Artikel 5 Herroepingsrecht en retour
Kort gezegd: heeft u de cursus nog niet geopend, dan kunt u binnen 14 dagen na aankoop zelf uw geld terugvragen via Mijn account. Zodra u de cursus opent, is retour niet meer mogelijk.
5.1 Als consument mag u de overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen na aankoop zonder opgave van redenen ontbinden (herroepingsrecht). Dat doet u het eenvoudigst met de knop "Geld terugvragen" in Mijn account. U kunt het ook per e-mail melden aan info@haccpleren.nl.
5.2 Bij het afrekenen geeft u met een apart vinkje uitdrukkelijk toestemming om direct toegang tot de cursus te krijgen en verklaart u dat u weet dat u uw herroepingsrecht verliest zodra u de cursus opent (artikel 6:230p onder g Burgerlijk Wetboek). Wij bevestigen dit in de bestelbevestiging per e-mail. Het moment waarop u de cursus voor het eerst opent, wordt automatisch vastgelegd.
5.3 Vraagt u binnen de termijn retour aan en heeft u de cursus nog niet geopend, dan betalen wij het volledige bedrag dat u heeft betaald zo snel mogelijk terug, en uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen, via dezelfde betaalmethode. Uw toegang tot de cursus stopt direct. Heeft u niets betaald, bijvoorbeeld door een kortingscode van 100%, dan is er niets terug te betalen.
5.4 Dit artikel geldt niet voor zakelijke afnemers, zoals licenties die via een werkgeversaccount zijn gekocht.
Artikel 6 Prijs en betaling
Alle prijzen op de website zijn inclusief 21% BTW, tenzij anders vermeld. Betaling geschiedt vooraf via de beschikbare betaalmethoden (iDEAL). Na ontvangst van de betaling ontvangt u een factuur per e-mail.
Betalingen worden uitsluitend verwerkt via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Nederland (KVK: 30204462). Mollie is een erkende betaaldienstverlener met vergunning van De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) en voldoet aan PCI-DSS. haccpleren.nl heeft te allen tijde geen inzage in uw volledige betaalkaartgegevens of bankrekeningnummer. Op de betalingsverwerking door Mollie zijn de gebruiksvoorwaarden van Mollie van toepassing.
Per bestelling kan ten hoogste 茅茅n kortingscode worden toegepast, waaronder ook een code verkregen via de 'vriend uitnodigen'-functie. Kortingscodes kunnen niet met elkaar of met andere acties worden gecombineerd en zijn, tenzij anders vermeld, eenmalig bruikbaar.
Artikel 7 Toegang en gebruiksrecht
Na aankoop heeft u gedurende 180 dagen toegang tot de cursusmodules. Het cursusmateriaal is uitsluitend bestemd voor persoonlijk gebruik. Het is niet toegestaan om cursusinhoud te kopi毛ren, te delen, door te verkopen of op andere wijze te verspreiden zonder schriftelijke toestemming van haccpleren.nl.
Voor klantenservice, facturatie en certificaatbeheer kunnen geautoriseerde medewerkers in de beheersomgeving per klant de account-, betaal- en certificaatgegevens inzien. Statistieken over het gebruik van het platform (zoals gemiddelde scores en doorlooptijden) tonen wij alleen geaggregeerd, zonder koppeling aan personen. Zie voor meer informatie onze privacyverklaring, Artikel 2a.
Bij het pakket met fysiek certificaat vragen wij uw verzendadres pas op nadat u geslaagd bent voor de eindtoets, via uw accountpagina. Zonder een geldig verzendadres kunnen wij het certificaat niet per post versturen. Verzending vindt plaats binnen ongeveer 2 weken na ontvangst van het adres.
Artikel 7a AI-assistenten en vragen aan de docent
7a.1 Op de website helpt Bram, een AI-chatassistent, met vragen over de cursus, prijzen en uw account. In de cursus helpt Roos, een AI-docent, met vragen over de lesstof. Bram en Roos zijn computerprogramma's, geen mensen. U bent niet verplicht ze te gebruiken.
7a.2 De antwoorden van Bram en Roos worden automatisch gemaakt en zijn alleen bedoeld als hulp. Ze kunnen onjuist of onvolledig zijn. Bij een verschil gaan het cursusmateriaal, deze voorwaarden en de informatie op onze website voor. Toezeggingen over prijzen, kortingen, termijnen of terugbetaling gelden alleen als ze in deze voorwaarden of op onze website staan, of als een medewerker ze per e-mail heeft bevestigd.
7a.3 Roos beantwoordt alleen vragen over de lesstof van de cursus, helpt niet bij toets- of eindtoetsvragen en staat uit tijdens de eindtoets. Wij kunnen het aantal vragen per dag aan Roos en aan de docent beperken.
7a.4 Met de knop "Vraag aan de docent" stuurt u uw vraag naar een docent van haccpleren.nl. Wij streven ernaar op werkdagen binnen 24 uur per e-mail te antwoorden.
7a.5 Bij spam of misbruik van de chat waarschuwen wij eerst. Gebeurt het drie keer binnen 30 minuten, dan staat de chat 60 minuten uit. Uw toegang tot de cursus verandert daardoor niet.
7a.6 Wij doen ons best Bram en Roos altijd beschikbaar te houden, maar kunnen dat niet garanderen. U kunt altijd mailen naar info@haccpleren.nl. Hoe wij met uw gegevens in de chat omgaan, leest u in onze privacyverklaring, artikel 2b.
Artikel 8 Aansprakelijkheid
haccpleren.nl spant zich in om de cursusinhoud zo actueel en correct mogelijk te houden. Wij zijn echter niet aansprakelijk voor:
- Onjuistheden of onvolledigheden in het cursusmateriaal
- Onjuiste of onvolledige antwoorden van de AI-assistenten Bram en Roos (zie artikel 7a)
- Schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik of toepassen van de cursusinhoud
- Het niet behalen van een toets of het niet slagen voor een externe examen
- Technische storingen die tijdelijk de toegang tot de cursus verhinderen
- Het niet voldoen aan eisen van een werkgever, branche of overheidsinstantie op basis van ons certificaat
De aansprakelijkheid van haccpleren.nl is beperkt tot maximaal het door u betaalde bedrag voor de betreffende cursus, behalve bij opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid van haccpleren.nl en voor zover de wet een verdere beperking niet toestaat.
Artikel 9 Klachten
Heeft u een klacht over onze dienstverlening? Neem dan contact op via info@haccpleren.nl. Wij streven ernaar klachten binnen 5 werkdagen te beantwoorden. Als wij er samen niet uitkomen, kunt u het geschil voorleggen aan de volgens de wet bevoegde rechter.
Artikel 10 Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de volgens de wet bevoegde rechter. Bent u consument, dan kunt u ook naar de rechter in uw eigen woonplaats.
Artikel 11 Wijzigingen
haccpleren.nl mag deze voorwaarden wijzigen. De actuele versie staat altijd op onze website en geldt vanaf het moment van publicatie voor nieuwe aankopen. Op reeds gesloten overeenkomsten blijven de voorwaarden van toepassing zoals die golden op het moment van aankoop.

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between haccpleren.nl (hereinafter: "we", "us" or "haccpleren.nl") and the customer (hereinafter: "you" or "participant") regarding the purchase of online courses via our website.

Article 2: Applicability
These terms apply to all offers by haccpleren.nl and to every distance agreement concluded between haccpleren.nl and a consumer or business customer.
Article 3: The Offer
Our offering consists of online courses in the field of food safety and HACCP. Upon successful completion of the final exam, the participant receives a digital certificate of participation.
A course consists of lesson texts, explainer videos, illustrations, a quiz per module and a final exam. During the course you can ask questions to AI teacher Roos and to a teacher by e-mail (see Article 7a).
The certificate from haccpleren.nl is proof of knowledge and participation. It is not an officially recognised government diploma and is not a legally required document. The participant is responsible for verifying whether the certificate meets the requirements of their employer, industry, or competent authority.
Article 4: Formation of Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment you complete the payment and receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive immediate access to the course environment after payment.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In short: if you have not opened the course yet, you can get your money back yourself within 14 days of purchase via My account. Once you open the course, a refund is no longer possible.
5.1 As a consumer, you may cancel the agreement within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). The easiest way is the "Request a refund" button in My account. You can also notify us by e-mail at info@haccpleren.nl.
5.2 At checkout, you tick a separate box to expressly consent to immediate access to the course and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you open the course (Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code). We confirm this in the order confirmation e-mail. The moment you first open the course is recorded automatically.
5.3 If you request a refund within this period and have not opened the course, we refund the full amount you paid as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method. Your access to the course ends immediately. If you paid nothing, for example because of a 100% discount code, there is nothing to refund.
5.4 This article does not apply to business customers, such as licences purchased through an employer account.
Article 6: Price and Payment
All prices on the website include 21% VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made in advance via iDEAL. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
All payments are processed exclusively via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 30204462). Mollie is a licensed payment service provider supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and compliant with PCI-DSS. haccpleren.nl does not have access to your full payment card details or bank account number at any time. The processing of payments by Mollie is subject to Mollie's terms of service.
At most one discount code may be applied per order, including a code obtained through the 'invite a friend' feature. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions and, unless stated otherwise, may be used once.
Article 7: Access and Right of Use
After purchase, you have access to the course modules for 180 days. The course material is intended for personal use only. It is not permitted to copy, share, resell or otherwise distribute course content without the written consent of haccpleren.nl.
For customer service, invoicing and certificate management, authorised staff can view each customer's account, payment and certificate details in the administration environment. Platform usage statistics (such as average scores and completion times) are shown only in aggregated form, not linked to individuals. For more information, see our privacy policy, Article 2a.
For the package with a physical certificate, we only request your shipping address after you have passed the final test, via your account page. Without a valid shipping address we cannot mail you the certificate. Shipping takes place within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your address.
Article 7a: AI Assistants and Questions to the Teacher
7a.1 On the website, Bram, an AI chat assistant, helps with questions about the course, prices and your account. In the course, Roos, an AI teacher, helps with questions about the course material. Bram and Roos are computer programs, not people. You are not required to use them.
7a.2 The answers from Bram and Roos are generated automatically and are intended as help only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. In case of any difference, the course material, these terms and the information on our website prevail. Commitments on prices, discounts, deadlines or refunds only apply if they are stated in these terms or on our website, or if a staff member has confirmed them by e-mail.
7a.3 Roos only answers questions about the course material, does not help with quiz or final exam questions and is switched off during the final exam. We may limit the number of questions per day to Roos and to the teacher.
7a.4 With the "Ask the teacher" button, you send your question to a haccpleren.nl teacher. We aim to reply by e-mail within 24 hours on working days.
7a.5 In case of spam or misuse of the chat, we first give a warning. If it happens three times within 30 minutes, the chat is paused for 60 minutes. This does not affect your access to the course.
7a.6 We do our best to keep Bram and Roos available at all times, but cannot guarantee this. You can always e-mail info@haccpleren.nl. How we handle your data in the chat is explained in our privacy policy, Article 2b.
Article 8: Liability
haccpleren.nl makes every effort to keep the course content as up-to-date and accurate as possible. However, we are not liable for:
- Inaccuracies or omissions in the course material
- Inaccurate or incomplete answers from the AI assistants Bram and Roos (see Article 7a)
- Damage resulting from the use or application of the course content
- Failure to pass a test or external exam
- Technical failures that temporarily prevent access to the course
- Failure to meet the requirements of an employer, industry or government body based on our certificate
The liability of haccpleren.nl is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant course, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of haccpleren.nl and insofar as the law does not permit a further limitation.
Article 9: Complaints
Do you have a complaint about our services? Please contact us at info@haccpleren.nl. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, the dispute may be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction by law.
Article 10: Applicable Law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction by law; consumers may also turn to the court of their place of residence.
Article 11: Amendments
haccpleren.nl may amend these terms. The current version is always available on our website and applies to new purchases from the moment it is published. Agreements already concluded remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
